7-Day Vegetable Soup Diet

Drinking this slimming vegetable soup will accelerate the rate of metabolism.

In the 7 days diet course, follow the below routine and drink the slimming vegetable soup whenever you feel hungry. Exercise regularly.


Day 1
Eat only fruits - All fruits are acceptable, with the exception of banana.
Fruits with low calories include honeydew and watermelon.
Drink beverages without sugar.

Day 2
Eat fresh greens (not cooked) and vegetable soup (see below for recipe).
Note - only greens - do not eat beans, peas or corn.
Do not eat fruits today.
You could have baked potato with cream for dinner.

Day 3
Eat fruit, fresh greens (not cooked) and vegetable soup - as much as you want!
Do not eat potato today.
If you had followed the above strictly to date, you should have lost 2-3 kg.

Day 4
Eat bananas only (max 3) and drink skimmed milk.
Drink more water and vegetable soup.

Day 5
Eat beef and tomatoes (e.g. stir fried beef with tomatoes) - eat up to 0.37-0.7 kg of beef and 6 tomatoes.
Drink plenty of water (6-8 glasses).
Drink vegetable soup at least once.

Day 6
Eat beef and fresh greens.
Do not eat potato today and drink vegetable soup at least once.

Day 7
Eat brown rice, fruit juice (no sugar added), fresh greens and vegetable soup.


 

Recipe - Vegetable Soup
Ingredients : 6 spring onions, 3 tomatoes, 1 cabbage, 2 green peppers, 1 shoot of celery, 2 onions

  • Cut all ingredients into small pieces into the broth to boil
  • Add salt, pepper, coriander and other seasonings to taste
  • Cook in low heat till all vegetables are fully cooked

10-Day Juice Detox

Ideal for those who wish to improve their metabolism and lose weight.

Morning
  • Before brushing teeth : Mix 10ml vinegar with 30ml water
  • After brushing teeth :
a) 2 capsules of liver supplement
b) Mix 100ml Digestive juice with 150ml water,
2 spoons of culture powder and 2 spoons of fiber
Half an hour later
a) Mix 100ml Vegetable juice with 30ml enzyme
b) Half of daily spirulina dosage
11am : Mix 100ml Cranberry juice with 30ml enzyme
Noon
a) 100ml Potato juice
b) Half of daily spirulina dosage
3pm : 100ml Celery root juice
5pm : Mix 100ml Vegetable juice with 30ml enzyme
7pm : 100ml Sauerkraut juice
1 hour before bed : Laxative tea
Before bed : 2 capsules flaxseed oil
Drink plenty of water and do simple exercise at least 3 times during the detox.

The infamous 3-day Sammi Cheng diet - an easy and effective diet plan :


INSTRUCTIONS

  • You may add herb, salt, pepper, diet sugar, lemon, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard or ketchup to your food.

  • Take herbal appetite suppressants mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon

*** If you take appetite suppressants then DO NOT drink coffee

Warning : Do not do both!

 

 


 

DAY 1

Breakfast

  • Black coffee or tea

  • Half grapefruit or juice

  • 1 toast with 1 teaspoon peanut butter

Lunch

  • Half cup of tuna

  • 1 toast

  • Black coffee or tea

Dinner

  • 3 ounce (85g) of lean meat of choice

  • 1 cup green beans

  • 1 cup carrots

  • 1 apple

  • 1 cup regular vanilla ice cream

 

 


 

DAY 2

Breakfast

  • Black coffee or tea

  • 1 egg

  • 1 toast

  • Half banana

Lunch

  • 1 cup cottage cheese or tuna

  • 8 regular saltine crackers

  • Black coffee or tea

Dinner

  • 2 beef franks

  • 1 cup broccoli or cabbage

  • Half cup carrots

  • Half banana

  • Half cup regular vanilla ice cream

 


 

DAY 3

Breakfast

  • Black coffee or tea

  • 5 regular saltine crackers

  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese

  • 1 apple

Lunch

  • 1 boiled egg

  • 1 toast

  • Black coffee or tea

Dinner

  • 1 cup tuna

  • 1 cup carrots

  • 1 cup cauliflower

  • 1 cup melon

  • Half cup regular vanilla ice cream

A problem that plagues every lady: How to keep lipstick in place?

In just a few careful steps, your color can stay put through the ceremony, the reception, and even the after-party for two.

These are what you need:

· Foundation or concealer

· Lip liner

· Lipstick tissues or face blotting tissues

· Loose powder

· Powder brush

Steps :

1) As a primer for your lipstick, apply a matte foundation, concealer, or an eye shadow base to lips. This is the best way to give the color something to adhere to.

2) Use a lip liner, which helps keep color corralled. Start at the highest peak of your mouth and follow your lip line to the corners. Do not use a liner to fake fuller lips – you’ll only end up with an awkward look.

3) Apply your lip colour outward from the center of your lips. Pat your lips with a tissue. Blot gently, do not mash your lips together on the tissue. Re-apply colour, pat with tissue again, and repeat once more.

4) Place a piece of tissue over your lips. With your powder brush, apply loose powder on top of the tissue (which will seal the top coat). Remove tissue and apply one more layer of lipstick.
